Nice TV, nice restrooms, comfy beds, all the amenities that we needed in a room. There were a couple fruit flies in the salad area that made me lose my appetite (I still ate it), but there were dirty rags all over the beverage area and nothing seemed to be very clean. They need a serious talk about customer service and the mood it sets for the hotel! Secondly, the buffet was discouraging. You think they could have said something to us to let us know that there were rooms ready if we wanted to check in! I was very discouraged from the lack of customer service from these ladies. They knew we were waiting for our room and they allowed several people ahead of us to check into their rooms. They'd answer the phones appropriately, but as soon as they got off the phone they went back to giggling and yelling - it was very inappropriate and not very professional. The young ladies at the front desk seemed immature while we waited in the lobby where we sat in outdated furniture. Apparently our room wasn't clean by 2:00 in the afternoon and we had to wait over an hour to settle into our room.
